I want to purchase a cupsleeve event kit from you, but the event period has already passed. Do you have extra kits available?

Our event kits are all made-to-order, which is why we have a pre-order period before any event, making them limited and exclusive. However, if many are interested in a certain kit from a past event, we will open another batch. You may DM us or tweet an interest check to garner attention.

Can I buy just one item from your kit? I only want this certain inclusion from the kit.

We cannot entertain TINGI for our event kit inclusions as we have curated and designed these kits in such manner that event attendees will enjoy and get the most of what they pay for, including shipping costs if any.

CAN I HOST AND DESIGN MY OWN CUPSLEEVE/INCLUSIONS BUT ASK JELLYGOM TO HANDLE THE EVENT?

Yes! We also accept this kind of collaboration arrangement with a reasonable service fee. Send us a DM or email so we can further discuss it with you.

Are your designers open for commissions?

Yes! JellyGom is open to commissions. Please send us a DM or email regarding the project and we'll be happy to chat with you.
